As a part of your request to use the facility, do you agree to perform the following maintenance duties: *

* Remove all decorations, dishes, and food used for the event
* Pick up all trash generated by the event inside and out
* Any trash is to be taken to the outside dumpster and new trash bags are to be placed into the emptied receptacles
* Sweep and vacuum as needed
* Clean and return rooms to their previous state
